I'm Sharad Baliyan, a design professional with a proven record of accomplishment in design strategy, product + service design, user experience, and management.
I have had the opportunity to positively impact Healthcare, Consumer Technology, Edtech, Finance and Enterprise Tech.
I’ve always been fascinated by how things work, my parents discovered that to some distress, during my childhood. Thankfully I also did enjoy putting them back together; sometimes transformed.

Curious to a fault, I love finding out how people hack and find workarounds to things that get in their way of how they actually want to get things done. Post-its on monitors, passwords on the back of devices etc. It is what fuels my design process.
This curiosity also led me to do an MBA in Design Leadership, a dual degree at Johns Hopkins University and MICA.
The trifecta of user needs, business and technology is where disproportionate & sustainable impact can happen!
